How Services Work

How is support provided?

Support is personalized around the needs and priorities of each senior and family. Depending on your situation, I may assist with organization, personal affairs, technology, appointments, service coordination, or a combination of these areas. You remain informed, involved, and in control throughout the process.

What types of support can I receive?

Support may include everyday organization and personal affairs, technology assistance, appointment and schedule coordination, home and service coordination, and help reviewing important information or correspondence. Services are tailored to your individual needs rather than limited to a specific package of tasks.

How do I get started?

Start with a complimentary 20-minute consultation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your needs, answer initial questions, and determine whether my services are a good fit. If you decide to move forward, the next step is a comprehensive 90-minute initial assessment to better understand your situation, priorities, and support needs.

Flexible Support for Different Needs

Every situation is different. Services are available through flexible hourly support or ongoing monthly support plans, allowing you to choose the level of support that works best for you or your family.
