Flexible Hourly Support
$125 per hour
For occasional or as-needed support without a monthly commitment. Assistance may include organization, appointment preparation and follow-through, personal affairs, technology assistance, coordination, and communication with authorized family members.
1-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Essential Support
$475 per month
Personalized ongoing support for seniors who are generally independent but benefit from having a trusted person available to help keep important details organized and on track.
Includes 4 hours of personalized support each month for organization, appointments, personal affairs, technology assistance, coordination, follow-through, and authorized family communication.
Enhanced Support
$950 per month
For seniors and families who need more consistent assistance, coordination, and follow-through throughout the month.
Includes 8 hours of personalized support each month for organization, appointments, personal affairs, technology assistance, coordination, follow-through, and authorized family communication.
Peace of Mind Support
$1,400 per month
For seniors and families who want a higher level of ongoing support, involvement, and reassurance throughout the month.
Includes 12 hours of personalized support each month for organization, appointments, personal affairs, technology assistance, coordination, follow-through, and authorized family communication.

How Your Support Time Works
Time spent actively supporting you or working on your behalf is included in your hourly or monthly support time. This may include meetings and calls, appointment preparation and follow-up, authorized family communication, coordinating with providers or organizations, research, technology assistance, paperwork, documentation, and other client-specific support.

Comprehensive Initial Assessment
90 minutes · $195
A personalized assessment to better understand your or your loved one’s needs, priorities, current concerns, family involvement, and areas where additional support may be helpful. Together, we’ll identify appropriate next steps and determine what type of support, if any, would be most helpful for your situation.
